The feature list on ThemeForest says “Built with Blazor .Net 6”. In addition, the author keeps separate Blazor docs. They describe the Blazor build as Blazor with Tailwind CSS and Alpine, at docs version 2.2.0. So Tailwind fans get a Blazor option without porting the design by hand.
However, .NET 6 is an older .NET release line. Therefore, plan an upgrade if your app runs on a newer .NET version. Also, there is no public Blazor preview. Our screenshots show the HTML demo instead.
