Scroll behaviour is the whole design
Open the demo and the first thing you see is a “scroll for more” marker rotating under a headline. Therefore the scrolling is not decoration bolted onto a static layout – it is how the page tells its story. In addition, sections animate in as they enter the viewport and the smooth-scroll easing is set at the theme level rather than per widget. Consequently the parallax feel this collection is named after arrives without extra plugins.
