What the WP Residence real estate WordPress theme includes

WpEstate describes the theme as a tool for independent agents, agencies and real estate companies. The item page lists over 450 theme options and 50 ready-to-use demos. Moreover, you can import any demo with a few clicks and edit it straight away. The theme runs on Bootstrap 5. In addition, WPBakery Page Builder, Revolution Slider and Ultimate Addons come in the package. Six demos are also available in other languages, including an Arabic RTL demo. As a result, a new site rarely starts from a blank page.

Elementor Studio and 170+ widgets

The WPResidence Elementor Studio plugin adds more than 170 widgets. According to the author, all of them work with the free version of Elementor. Therefore you do not need Elementor Pro to design a property page. With Studio you can build templates for single properties, property lists and category pages. You can also design agent, agency and developer profiles, plus headers, footers and mega menus. Besides that, different templates can be assigned by category or condition. For example, luxury listings can use one layout and rentals another.

Search, maps and property pages

Search is where a listings site wins or loses visitors. WP Residence offers search forms with unlimited fields, including custom fields. It also supports AJAX search with auto-complete for city, area or state. In addition, visitors can switch between map view and list view without a page reload. Maps run on Google Maps or on OpenStreetMap, which is free. Listings can appear as image pins or as price pins. Furthermore, the theme ships seven default property page layouts. Each one supports floor plans, virtual tours, energy certificates and printable PDF pages. Visitors can also compare properties side by side and save favourites.

A built-in CRM since version 5.7.0

Version 5.7.0 arrived in August 2026 and added the WPEstate CRM. It follows a lead from Enquiries to Contacts, Leads and Deals. Moreover, the deals pipeline has a board view and a list view. Tasks, an activity timeline and prebuilt automations are part of it as well. Admins can manage everything centrally. Alternatively, each agent or agency can handle its own pipeline from the front end. In addition, the release added HubSpot settings, Twilio SMS alerts and CRM webhooks. For an agency, that removes one more outside tool.

Agents, memberships and MLS listings

Users register as a standard user, agent, agency or developer. After that, they submit and manage properties from a white-labelled front-end dashboard. You can also sell membership packages or charge per listing. The built-in payments cover Stripe, PayPal and wire transfer. However, the item page notes that WooCommerce does not support recurring payments here. MLS data is a separate matter. The author states that the MLS Import plugin is the required solution for native MLS listings. On its own site, WpEstate calls MLSImport a separate subscription. So add that cost to your plan if you work in the US or Canada.
