What the Real Places real estate WordPress theme does
InspiryThemes also builds RealHomes, the second best seller in our real estate WordPress themes collection. Real Places is the smaller sibling, and it costs $20 less. First, the theme includes an advanced property search that you can customize. For example, you choose which fields appear and in what order. The search form can also show up to four location boxes, such as Country, State, City and Area. In addition, Google Maps shows property markers on search results, listing pages and the homepage. A drag and drop layout manager arranges the homepage modules.

Property pages and listing layouts
The theme offers three design variations for the property detail page. Then you switch between them in the theme options. Moreover, each property can carry floor plans with their own price, size and room details. In addition, file attachments and extra detail fields are available. Similar properties appear on the detail page as well. Furthermore, child properties let you list the units inside one large building. Also, agents get three page templates with two, three or four columns. As a result, a small agency can present both stock and staff clearly.
Front-end submissions and the new dashboard
First of all, members can register, log in and submit properties from the front end. Social login is supported, and Google reCAPTCHA protects the forms. You can also collect a publishing fee through PayPal. Version 2.0 arrived on 15 June 2026 and rebuilt this area. For example, it added a front-end dashboard with an overview page and a profile page. In addition, a My Properties page lets users edit, delete or resume drafts. The new Create Property page follows a step-by-step process. Besides that, the release added address auto-complete for submissions.
Compatibility and what to check
The Software Version field lists WordPress 6.0.x to 7.0.x. However, the Compatible With field names only WPML. So Elementor is not listed there. The description mentions the WPBakery page builder for custom homepage content instead. Therefore check the builder options with the author if Elementor matters to you. On the plus side, the theme is translation ready and includes RTL support. Revolution Slider also comes in the main pack, and a one-click demo importer speeds up setup.
