Looking for Magento Bootstrap themes that still receive updates in 2026? We first published this list in 2015 as a Bootstrap 3 round-up, and it grew to 32 themes. So this week we opened every entry on ThemeForest again. Nineteen had left the marketplace. In addition, six more were stuck on 2015 to 2022 releases or rated below 4.0, and we could not verify one TemplateMonster item. Meanwhile, Bootstrap 3 itself reached end of life in July 2019. Therefore we rebuilt the list around themes that still receive Magento 2.4 updates. Twelve of the 16 themes list Bootstrap 4 or 5. We also include four top-rated Magento 2 themes that do not list Bootstrap, as alternatives. Finally, three of them are new reviews.

How to choose Magento Bootstrap themes in 2026

Start with the Compatible With field on ThemeForest. Most maintained Magento themes now list Bootstrap 4.x or 5.x there, while the 2015 survivors still show Bootstrap 3.x. However, the Bootstrap team stopped security updates for version 3 on 24 July 2019. Magento itself does not need Bootstrap, because its own UI library uses Less. So Bootstrap is a choice the theme author makes for you.

Next, read the Software Version field and the changelog. Magento 2.4.8 and 2.4.9 are the releases that matter now, and seven themes here name 2.4.9 outright. Finally, weigh the rating against the number of reviews. For example, a 5.00 from twenty buyers says less than a 4.81 from 1,602.

New and refreshed reviews, all updated since late 2025

Auto Store from magentech targets auto parts, equipment and accessories stores. For example, its Ajax Attribute Search lets shoppers filter parts by the terms they choose. In addition, version 3.4.0 from 22 June 2026 added Magento 2.4.9, and the Compatible With field lists Bootstrap 4.x. It costs $99 and holds a 4.73 rating from 15 reviews.

GemMart from Arrow-Theme targets multi-vendor marketplaces and costs just $49. On top of that, it bundles a front-end page builder, instant search and a store locator, and it lists Bootstrap 5.x and 4.x. In addition, version 1.4.2 from 8 July 2026 added Magento 2.4.8 and fixed many modules. However, its 4.11 rating from nine reviews is the lowest among the new picks.

Xtore from magentech lists Bootstrap 5.x and first appeared in April 2024. Since then, magentech has added each new Magento release, most recently 2.4.9 on 22 July 2026. Also, it supports multi-vendor modules and right-to-left languages for $49. Still, it has only 21 sales and no public rating yet.

MageThemePRO is on sale again as a new magentech item from 31 October 2025. In fact, it appears to be the same product we reviewed in 2020, re-listed. ThemeForest lists Bootstrap 5.x, while the author’s demo page names Bootstrap 4. In addition, a separate mobile layout lets phones show their own CMS page. However, the new listing costs $68 and has only four sales.

Best sellers on a Bootstrap 4 or 5 front end

Porto from p-themes is the best-selling Magento theme on ThemeForest by a wide margin, with 27,853 sales. Moreover, it holds a 4.81 rating from 1,602 reviews and lists Bootstrap 4.x under Compatible With. In addition, p-themes last updated it on 24 August 2026. It costs $129, and the Software Version field names Magento 2.4.x.

Claue from Arrow-Theme is the second best-selling Magento theme on ThemeForest, with 5,129 sales and a 4.56 rating. Besides, it lists both Bootstrap 5.x and 4.x and ships a front-end page builder. Furthermore, version 2.3.7 from 28 July 2026 names Magento 2.4.9. It costs $99.

Market from magentech has 4,227 sales and more than 40 prebuilt homepages. Also, its Compatible With field lists Bootstrap 4.x, and the listing names Magento 2.4.9 after the 19 June 2026 update. However, the 4.18 rating from 279 reviews is the weakest among the best sellers here. It costs $99.

Athlete2 from olegnax has 1,532 sales and a 4.72 rating from 74 reviews. The listing advertises a powerful admin panel with many colour options. Furthermore, version 1.8.3.0 from 18 August 2026 names Magento 2.4.9, and Compatible With shows Bootstrap 4.x. At $161, however, it is the most expensive theme in this list.

Marketplace, minimal and right-to-left stores

Martfury from MageBig is the marketplace specialist, with multi-vendor layouts and ElasticSearch support. What is more, version 4.1.5 from 15 June 2026 names Magento 2.4.9, and Compatible With lists Bootstrap 4.x. In addition, it has 1,346 sales and a 4.80 rating from 46 reviews. It costs $129.

Supro from Arrow-Theme costs $59, the lowest price among the maintained best sellers. It is a minimalist AJAX theme with a separate mobile theme and AMP support. In addition, version 1.6.2 from 17 August 2026 names Magento 2.4.9. Finally, it lists Bootstrap 5.x and 4.x, with 816 sales and a 4.48 rating.

Gecko from alotheme holds a 5.00 rating from 23 reviews and ships 20+ homepages. On top of that, it offers 9+ header layouts, 12+ product page layouts and right-to-left support. Also, the Compatible With field lists Bootstrap 4.x, and alotheme updated it on 26 May 2026. It costs $129, with 252 sales so far.

Electro 2 from alotheme is a newer electronics design with 16+ home page layouts. Moreover, it holds a 5.00 rating from 20 reviews and lists Bootstrap 4.x under Compatible With. It also supports right-to-left languages, and the latest update came on 11 June 2026. However, it has only 237 sales so far, at $129.

Top-rated alternatives that do not list Bootstrap

Infinit from Codazon holds a 4.91 rating from 175 reviews, the best score here among themes with over 1,000 sales. In addition, it bundles a visual page builder and a one-step checkout, so two common add-ons come included. Codazon updated it on 3 August 2026. However, the listing does not mention Bootstrap. It costs $99 and has 2,047 sales.

KuteShop from alotheme targets marketplace and supermarket stores, according to its listing. It also supports right-to-left languages, with 467 sales and a 4.61 rating from 70 reviews. Furthermore, alotheme updated it on 26 May 2026. However, the Compatible With field names Magento Enterprise rather than Bootstrap. It costs $129.

Electro from alotheme has 700 sales and a 4.79 rating from 47 reviews. Its name and demo target electronics stores, and 15+ extensions come bundled. In addition, alotheme updated it on 11 June 2026, and it supports right-to-left languages. However, it offers three homepages, and the listing does not mention Bootstrap.

Alto from alotheme is a multistore theme with six homepage layouts and a 4.94 rating from 18 reviews. Besides, it bundles an ajax cart, quick view and a brand slider. alotheme updated it on 26 May 2026. However, the design dates from 2016, and the listing does not mention Bootstrap. It costs $129.
