25 Best Responsive WordPress Agency Themes 2026

By Updated: 0

What is the best responsive WordPress agency theme in 2026?

Pixora is the strongest WordPress agency theme by evidence: $59, 587 sales, a 4.91 rating, WordPress 7.0 support and an update on 3 September 2026, and it ships every homepage in matched light and dark versions and throws in the Figma source files. Zeyna suits the studio whose site must itself demonstrate design craft, at $89 with Ajax page transitions and 886 sales behind it.

Best for: digital, creative and marketing agencies, design studios and freelancers building an agency site in 2026

Looking for the best responsive WordPress agency themes that someone still maintains? We built this collection in 2015, and it carried 73 entries into 2026. So we opened every one of them on ThemeForest this week and read the licence price, the sales count and the last update date off each item page. Forty-eight did not survive that pass: five vanished from ThemeForest outright, twenty-six had already retired here, three carried broken buy buttons, one vendor closed its marketplace, and the rest either went two years without an update or rated below 4.0. What is left is 25 curated themes, six of them new to this page, each with a full review, a working demo and figures checked in September 2026 rather than copied from 2015.

How to choose a WordPress agency theme

Start with the last update date, because an agency site is a shop window and dated motion reads as dated work. Every theme below saw an update in 2026 apart from four we flag explicitly, and those four hold their place on sales record instead. Check the Software Version field too: some otherwise current themes still stop at WordPress 6.8 rather than 7.0.

Then decide what the site has to do besides look good. A studio presenting six substantial projects needs case-study templates and transitions; a marketing agency needs service pages, pricing and lead forms; an agency that sells packaged work needs WooCommerce. Finally, read ratings against sample size. A 5.00 from 322 buyers is a promising signal, while a 4.89 from 138,173 has survived far more scrutiny, and both appear on this page.

New WordPress agency themes for 2026

1. Zeyna

Zeyna is the best-selling creative agency theme released in the past year, with 886 sales at a 4.67 rating. Moreover, its Ajax page transitions move between the homepage, a project and the about page without a reload, so the animation carries across instead of restarting. In addition, pethemes ships thirteen homepage demos including a dedicated agency layout and a WooCommerce digital-services build. It costs $89, and pethemes shipped the last update on 9 August 2026, though the compatibility list stops at WordPress 6.8.

2. Pixora

Pixora rates 4.91 across 587 sales, the highest score on this page from a real sample. Moreover, every one of its eight homepage concepts ships in matched light and dark versions rather than a palette toggle, and AQLOVA bundles the Figma source files with the licence. In addition, it already lists WordPress 7.0 support, which most themes here do not. It costs $59, and AQLOVA shipped the last update on 3 September 2026.

3. Rayo

Rayo is the cheapest genuinely new agency theme on this page at $33, discounted from a $39 list price. Moreover, five of its six homepages are agency facing, and dark mode is a switch in the header rather than a duplicate set of demos. However, 165 sales at a 4.33 rating is the thinnest record among the new themes here, so you are buying the design rather than a support history. OceanThemes updated it on 23 June 2026.

More 2026 arrivals worth a look

4. Avista

Avista holds a perfect 5.00 rating across 322 sales, and themexriver aimed it at digital marketing agencies rather than adapting a portfolio theme to fit. Moreover, themexriver builds it entirely in Elementor with one-click demo import, so your team can edit the marketing pages without code. In addition, it costs $42, well under most of this page. themexriver updated it on 29 March 2026.

Brandberry pairs an agency layout with exclusive GSAP animation and a full Elementor theme builder, and treethemes covers the Pro widgets itself so free Elementor runs the demos. Moreover, it ships multiple starter sites with one-click import and rates 4.50 across 347 sales. In addition, treethemes updated it on 21 August 2026. It costs $69.

6. Atomik

Atomik builds every layout on Elementor Atomic widgets rather than the legacy widget set, which makes it the most current theme on this page. Moreover, axiomthemes ships six dark homepage demos covering creative work, AI agency, design studio and digital marketing. However, it went on sale on 7 September 2026 and carries 9 sales and no rating, so nothing about it is proven yet. It costs $19, the cheapest entry here.

Digital and creative agency specialists

7. Pitch

Pitch names digital agencies and freelancers as its audience, and Select-Themes has sold 4,064 copies of it. Moreover, its service and pricing pages arrive designed rather than assembled from generic blocks. However, the 4.13 rating is the weakest among the established themes we kept, and the last update was 24 December 2025. It costs $85, which is steep for those numbers.

8. Burst

Burst is Mikado-Themes’ creative design agency theme, and it commits to bold colour and vibrant type where most of this page plays safe. Moreover, it holds 2,364 sales at a 4.50 rating. In addition, Mikado-Themes updated it on 19 June 2026, so the code is current. It costs $79, and the loud art direction is the reason to pick it over a neutral layout.

9. Quadric

Quadric is Edge-Themes’ modern creative agency theme and rates 4.61 across 558 sales. Moreover, its layouts favour large imagery and generous whitespace, which suits a studio presenting a handful of substantial projects. In addition, Edge-Themes updated it on 11 June 2026. It costs $79, and the modest sales figure is worth reading as a smaller sample rather than a warning.

Multipurpose giants with real agency demos

10. Uncode

Uncode has 138,173 sales at a 4.89 rating, which is the strongest combination of volume and score anywhere in this collection. Moreover, undsgn designs its concept homepages rather than assembling them, and several count as agency layouts in their own right. In addition, undsgn updated it on 1 September 2026. It costs $59, and it is the safe answer when the brief has no unusual requirement.

11. Porto

Porto has 102,838 sales at a 4.92 rating, the highest score of any large theme here, and p-themes has repositioned it as an AI-powered website and shop builder. Moreover, that matters for an agency that sells packaged services or products alongside the pitch. In addition, p-themes updated it on 5 September 2026. It costs $59, and the shop side runs genuinely deep rather than trailing along as an afterthought.

12. Stockholm

Stockholm holds 35,215 sales at a 4.70 rating, and Select-Themes has rebuilt it around Elementor for creative business and WooCommerce sites. Moreover, its multi-concept demos cover agency, studio and shop briefs from one licence. In addition, Select-Themes updated it on 8 September 2026, making it one of the freshest established themes on the page. It costs $69.

Established themes with the deepest track record

13. Ronneby

Ronneby holds 28,359 sales at a 4.83 rating, and DFDevelopment built it for speed before that became a selling point. Moreover, its portfolio module offers more grid and filter permutations than most dedicated agency themes. In addition, DFDevelopment updated it on 27 August 2026. It costs $49, which is low for a theme with that record behind it.

14. Kalium

Kalium returns to this collection because Laborator rebuilt it. Kalium 4 left ThemeForest, dropped the jQuery-era codebase and loads roughly 50% lighter, while the agency and studio layouts survived the diet. Moreover, it now supports Gutenberg, Elementor and WPBakery and ships 28+ starter sites. In addition, it holds a 4.95 average across 2,500+ reviews. Licences start at $59 per year direct from the author.

15. TheFox

TheFox holds 12,492 sales at a 4.67 rating and costs $59, which puts a very large catalogue of layouts within reach. Moreover, tranmautritam designed it as a multi-purpose theme with agency and corporate demos rather than stretching a portfolio theme to fit. However, the last update was 12 March 2026, earlier than most of this group.

Portfolio-led agency themes

16. Notio

Notio is fuelthemes’ multipurpose creative agency and portfolio theme, with 7,007 sales at a 4.56 rating. Moreover, it treats project pages as case studies rather than image grids, which suits an agency explaining its process. In addition, fuelthemes updated it on 3 August 2026. It costs $39, one of the better price-to-record ratios on this page.

17. Capri

Capri is Select-Themes’ creative portfolio theme and rates 4.75 across 1,820 sales. Moreover, it costs $39, which makes it the cheapest of the established agency-facing themes here. In addition, Select-Themes updated it on 11 February 2026. Therefore it suits a small studio that wants a proven theme without paying $79 for one.

18. Moose

Moose is Elated-Themes’ creative multipurpose theme, holding 2,127 sales at a 4.68 rating. Moreover, its demos lean playful rather than corporate, which fits a branding or content agency better than a consultancy. In addition, Elated-Themes updated it on 4 March 2026. It costs $79, and the art direction is what you are paying for.

Corporate and professional services agencies

19. Polygon

Polygon is ThemeMove’s business corporation and agency theme, and it suits firms that need credibility more than spectacle. Moreover, it holds 1,413 sales at a 4.45 rating and ThemeMove updated it on 14 August 2026. In addition, at $59 it undercuts most of the agency specialists on this page. Therefore it fits a consultancy or a services agency rather than a design studio.

Total Business from GoodLayers holds 1,699 sales at a 4.71 rating and covers the corporate end of agency work. Moreover, GoodLayers updated it on 12 August 2026, so the code is current. In addition, it ships the author’s own page builder alongside the demos. It costs $79, and it suits a firm that needs pages rather than a showreel.

21. Hudson

Hudson is Edge-Themes’ stylish business theme, with 2,206 sales at a 4.73 rating. Moreover, it fits a consultancy or a professional services agency where restraint matters more than motion. However, the last update was 22 October 2025, and at $85 it is among the most expensive themes on this page.

Budget and small-studio picks

22. Hyper-X

HyperX has 5,289 sales at a 4.52 rating, and it targets freelancers and small agencies squarely. Moreover, at $39 it is one of the cheapest proven themes on this page. However, Royal-Flush last updated it on 24 April 2025, which makes it the oldest update among the themes we kept, so weigh that against the price.

23. Bodega

Bodega is Select-Themes’ small business theme and rates 4.77 across 3,056 sales. Moreover, it suits a boutique agency that sells services to local clients rather than a studio chasing awards. In addition, Select-Themes updated it on 14 August 2026. It costs $79, and the layouts favour clarity over spectacle.

24. Fortuna

Fortuna from blueowlcreative rates 4.82 across 3,713 sales, one of the strongest scores among the mid-priced themes here. Moreover, its multi-purpose demos include agency and corporate layouts that hold up without heavy customisation. In addition, blueowlcreative updated it on 22 January 2026. It costs $59.

25. Startit

Startit is Select-Themes’ startup business theme, with 12,997 sales behind it at a 4.48 rating. Moreover, it fits an agency that positions itself alongside startups rather than enterprises, and it ships pitch, pricing and team pages ready to use. However, the last update was 26 August 2025, so it is the least fresh theme we kept. It costs $69.

WordPress agency themes: frequently asked questions

What is the best WordPress agency theme in 2026?

Pixora on the evidence: a 4.91 rating across 587 sales, WordPress 7.0 support and an update in September 2026, at $59 with the Figma files included. If the site itself has to demonstrate design craft, Zeyna costs $89 and moves between pages over Ajax. For raw volume, Uncode has 138,173 sales at 4.89.

Why did this collection drop from 73 themes to 25?

Because we checked every entry rather than trusting the 2015 list. Five themes returned 410 from ThemeForest, twenty-six had already retired here, three carried no working buy page, and StudioPress no longer sells Agency Pro. The rest either went two years without an update or rated below 4.0.

Which agency theme is cheapest?

Atomik at $19, then Rayo at $33 while its discount holds, then Capri and HyperX at $39. Capri is the safest of the four with 1,820 sales and a 4.75 rating; Atomik has almost no record and HyperX has not been updated since April 2025.

Do these themes need Elementor Pro?

Mostly not. Pixora, Avista, Rayo, Atomik and Brandberry all build on Elementor, and treethemes covers the Pro widgets itself in Brandberry. Total Business and Porto ship their authors’ own builders instead, so check before you commit.

Is a 5.00 rating better than a 4.89?

Not automatically. Avista rates 5.00 from 322 buyers while Uncode rates 4.89 from 138,173. The Uncode figure has survived far more scrutiny. Read a perfect score on a small sample as promising rather than proven.

Which theme suits a marketing agency rather than a design studio?

Avista, which names digital marketing agencies as its audience, at $42 with a 5.00 rating. Polygon suits a corporate services firm at $59. Pitch also targets agencies by name and has 4,064 sales, though its 4.13 rating is the weakest we kept.

Are the prices on this page reliable?

We read every one off the Regular License field on the item page in September 2026. That matters because ThemeForest pages carry several dollar figures and automated readers routinely grab the wrong one. Burst reads as $26 that way; the licence is $79. Uncode reads as $5; the licence is $59.
