Divi AI Review – Desktop, Tablet and Mobile Responsive Preview

Divi AI is the set of AI tools that Elegant Themes built into the Divi Visual Builder. It writes and edits copy, creates and changes images, writes custom code and generates whole pages. Since September 3, 2026, it also includes the Divi AI Agent, which builds and edits Divi 5 sites from plain-language prompts.

What Divi AI can do inside the builder

Divi AI works where you already edit, so there is no separate app. It has three main parts. Text AI writes titles, paragraphs and full posts, and it rewrites tone, length and grammar. Image AI generates pictures, restyles them, edits selected areas, extends the frame, upscales and enhances.

Code AI writes HTML, CSS and JavaScript in the code module and in CSS fields. Elegant Themes says it is fine-tuned on the Divi module codebase, so it knows Divi classes. In addition, Divi AI reads your site name, description and page context before it writes.

Whole pages and sites with AI

Beyond single modules, Divi AI generates complete layouts. You describe a page, and it builds sections, writes the copy and adds images. Divi Quick Sites goes further and generates an entire website with pages, global styles and templates.

You can store your brand colors and fonts as AI styles, so new layouts stay on brand. Every generated page stays fully editable in the Visual Builder. For a full look at the builder itself, see our Divi review.

The Divi AI Agent: build by asking

Elegant Themes announced the Divi AI Agent on September 3, 2026. It is a chat panel inside the Divi 5 builder that takes real actions. For example, it adds, edits, moves and deletes modules, updates presets and creates pages. It also manages posts, menus, Theme Builder templates and Theme Options without a trip to wp-admin.

The agent can turn a text brief, a screenshot, an external URL or a moodboard into a Divi layout. Moreover, it handles dull page-wide work: missing alt text, color contrast, spacing, presets and spelling. Ask mode gives advice, while Build mode makes changes.

You can save site rules, reusable slash commands and context with @ mentions. The agent picks from 400+ AI models or lets you choose one. Finally, it asks for approval before destructive actions such as deleting or unpublishing.

Divi AI pricing and limits

Divi AI is part of Divi Pro, which costs $277 per year. That bundle also includes Divi, Divi Dash, Divi Cloud, Divi VIP and Divi Teams with four team members. Existing Divi members can add Divi AI on its own. On October 19, 2026 the yearly plan cost $193, marked as a limited-time 33% discount. The monthly plan cost $21.36. Elegant Themes offers a 30-day refund, but Divi AI has no lifetime option.

Text, image, code and layout generation is unlimited. However, that does not apply to the AI Agent. Each plan includes $5 of agent spend per month, or $60 per year. Beyond that, you pay per request at the model’s token price plus a small markup. Elegant Themes says a full custom layout costs less than five cents on average.

Is Divi AI worth it?

It depends on how often you build. Agencies and freelancers who ship Divi sites every week will feel the time saved on copy, images and repetitive edits. For them, Divi Pro is the better deal, because it adds Divi Cloud, VIP support and team seats.
