Best for: chalets, guest houses, apartments and small hotels that want direct bookings on an Elementor site

The AlpenHouse apartment WordPress theme comes from MotoPress and costs $89 per year for one site. In addition, it has a 4.6 rating from 13 reviews in MotoPress’s own store. We checked the price and the rating on 18 October 2026.

What the AlpenHouse apartment WordPress theme is built for

MotoPress made AlpenHouse for chalets, guest houses, gîtes, hotels and resort residences. The main demo shows a single alpine chalet that guests book by the room. However, you can also list several properties as separate units. The theme package includes the premium MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin. As a result, rooms, rates and payments all live on your own site. It sits next to our other hotel themes and booking themes for WordPress.

Booking rules, rates and extras

First, the bundled plugin lets you set minimum and maximum stays and allowed check-in or check-out days. Rules apply to all rentals, to one unit or to a season. You can also close a unit for a chosen period. Also, weekly and monthly rates give longer stays a better nightly price. In addition, you can sell extras per room or per person, add taxes and fees, and create coupons. Unconfirmed bookings turn “Abandoned”, so the room becomes free again.

Moreover, guests pay through PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, 2Checkout or Bambora. They can also choose a full payment, a deposit or payment after arrival. Meanwhile, iCal sync keeps your calendar in line with Airbnb and other platforms that support iCal. Additionally, a free mobile app for Android and iOS shows bookings on the go.

Elementor design and demo content

MotoPress built AlpenHouse with Elementor and a set of custom widgets. For example, you get four home page and header options, a sticky menu and a gallery of up to four columns. There is also an Activities post type for tours such as wine tasting or a helicopter flight. Besides that, WooCommerce templates let you sell ski gear or food baskets. Contact Form 7, Google Maps and a child theme come with it, too.

Updates, pricing and extra costs

Version 1.8.0 arrived on 6 August 2026 and updated the plugin to 6.2.3. It also added a new admin calendar, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and a beta Google Hotels Prices integration that, for now, collects your property data. On the other hand, MotoPress notes that the bundled plugin gets updates less often than the standalone version. One site costs $89 per year, up to 25 sites cost $199 per year, and a one-site lifetime license is $349. For comparison, the Hotel Booking plugin alone costs $139 per year. Still, multi-currency needs a paid addon, and you buy the WPML plugin separately.
