The SmartHR admin template is a long-running product from dreamstechnologies that costs $24. Its title names HRM, CRM and workforce management. Above all, it is an HR system. However, it also carries leads and deals dashboards. As a result, one panel can serve both the HR desk and the sales desk.

Twelve dashboards, two of them for sales

The item page lists 12 specialised dashboards. For example, there are admin, employee, HR, payroll, finance and recruitment views. In addition, a leads dashboard and a deals dashboard cover the sales side. The leads view shows new leads, lost leads and pipeline stages. Meanwhile, attendance, asset, IT admin and help desk dashboards complete the list. Therefore each department opens its own screen.

The CRM and sales module

SmartHR describes its CRM part in two lines. Specifically, it offers leads and deals management, plus client and contact management. The author’s demo also shows pages for companies, a pipeline and activities. So a small team can track prospects next to its staff records. However, the item page does not list campaigns, proposals or contracts. For those, a dedicated CRM template is the better tool.

HR, payroll and recruitment are the core

Much of the item page describes people management. For instance, the HR module covers employee profiles, departments, attendance, shifts and leave. Payroll processing and payslip screens come next. Furthermore, recruitment adds job listings, candidate tracking and interview scheduling. Projects, tasks and Kanban boards are included as well. Consequently, the template suits a full business back office.

Bootstrap 5 with other framework editions

The technology stack names Bootstrap 5, SCSS and JavaScript. Moreover, the title lists HTML, Angular and Vue editions. The item page also mentions Node.js, PHP and Laravel. Dark and light modes and RTL layouts are part of the design. Note that this is a front-end UI template only. In other words, no back-end functionality ships with it.
