First, these four have the largest sales counts on this page. Each one names Next.js in its ThemeForest title.

Metronic from keenthemes names Next.js in its ThemeForest title, next to Tailwind, Bootstrap, React, Vue, Angular and Laravel. Also, its tags name ASP.NET Core and Blazor. Metronic holds a 4.89 rating across 120,368 sales, the most on this page. The last update came on 4 June 2026. However, at $49 it is also the highest price here.

Materialize from PIXINVENT puts Next.js first in its title. According to its item page, the Next.js version uses MUI and Tailwind CSS. In addition, the title names Vuejs, Nuxt, HTML, Laravel, Django and Asp.Net. Materialize holds a 4.83 rating across 12,720 sales. Its update on 2 October 2026 is the most recent here, and it costs $39.

Fuse React from withinpixels is sold as a NextJS and Vite admin dashboard template. For example, its item page lists demo and skeleton projects for both versions. So, you can start from a full demo or from a skeleton. Fuse React holds a 4.67 rating across 11,390 sales. The last update came on 10 February 2026, and it costs $29.

Cuba from PixelStrap names Next Js in its title, after Tailwind, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Vue and Nuxt. Besides, its item page lists Django, Flask, CodeIgniter and Nodejs builds. Cuba holds a 4.76 rating across 6,969 sales. The last update came on 14 September 2026, and it costs $29.

React admin kits that ship Next.js projects

Next, these three are React admin kits. Each item page names a Next.js project or Next.js files.

Jumbo from g-axon states its versions on the item page. It names Next.js 16 with the App Router, MUI 7 and Vite 6. Also, the item page lists an added JavaScript version next to TypeScript. However, the page says Node.js 20.9 or higher is now required. Jumbo holds a 4.46 rating across 3,614 sales. The last update came on 11 April 2026, and it costs $24.

Crema from Crema_Work carries Nextjs in its title, next to CRA and Vite. Moreover, its item page lists Next.js solutions with MUI and with ANTD. Both come in JavaScript and TypeScript, on the App Router. Crema holds a 4.82 rating across 2,421 sales. However, its last update came on 12 November 2025, the oldest on this page. It costs $29.

Endless is the second PixelStrap entry. Its ThemeForest name is Endless – React & Next Admin Template, and its item page lists NextJs files. That is all we found about the Next.js build. So, ask the author about the version before you buy. Endless holds a 4.33 rating across 1,073 sales, the lowest rating here. The last update came on 16 March 2026, and it costs $29.

Multi-framework dashboards in one item

Finally, these two name many frameworks in one title. So, the Next.js build sits next to Angular, Vue and Laravel versions.

Able Pro from phoenixcoded names Nextjs in its title, with Bootstrap, Tailwind, React, Angular, Vue, Asp and Laravel. In addition, its item page lists asp.net and CodeIgniter builds on Bootstrap 5. Able Pro holds a 4.67 rating across 3,610 sales. The last update came on 29 April 2026, and it costs $35.

Paces from coderthemes closes the list. Its item page lists Next.js with JavaScript and TypeScript support. Besides, the page names Nuxt, Svelte, Django, Flask, Symfony and .NET Core MVC. Paces has 721 sales, the fewest on this page, and a 4.44 rating. Still, at $16 it is the lowest price here. The last update came on 11 May 2026.
